Small items come with us right away; large items stay at your home until they sell, then we pick them up and handle everything from there. Final payout depends on where an item sells, since marketplaces take their own fee — we'll confirm exact numbers before pickup.
Shop items are sold as-is, based on the photos and description provided — we do our best to represent every item accurately. If something arrives significantly different than described or damaged in shipping, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we'll make it right, whether that's a partial refund, replacement, or full refund depending on the situation. We're not able to accept returns for a simple change of mind, since these are one-of-a-kind secondhand items.
